REBLOK
WHAT IS REBLOK?
$BLOK token holders will be able to purchase $BLOK real estate via the Bloktopia NFT Portal. Purchasing real estate within Bloktopia is known as REBLOK which stands for 'Real Estate BLOK'. The price depends on the level in Bloktopia on which the virtual space sits on, along with the position within the level.
TYPES OF OWNERSHIP:
There will be two variations of REBLOK ownership:
SOLE OWNERSHIP where a $BLOK real estate is represented and owned via a single NFT. Sole ownership of a REBLOK provides a virtual space within Bloktopia. The owner will have full rights to develop their virtual space as they choose.
MULTIPLE OWNERSHIP where a $BLOK real estate is represented by multiple NFT’s.
In a multiple ownership model you are one of 100 virtual landlords where Bloktopia Estate Management will on board tenants to the REBLOK collectively owned by you and your fellow Bloktopians. This is the Shopping Mall area of Bloktopia, where Tier 1 cryptocurrency brands will be tenants in the virtual stores.
Multiple Ownership REBLOK will work on a Governance model. Multiple Ownership REBLOK NFT holders will form part of that Governance council for the virtual space you own. Each REBLOK NFT earns one vote via a DAO. Proposals will be made to the DAO where REBLOK NFT holders will vote with the majority vote winning, this is how tenancy agreements will be defined.
HOW DOES REBLOK GENERATE REVENUE?
Multiple Ownership REBLOK is revenue generating as it commands a 10% rental fee, effectively making the owners of the NFTs landlords.
ADBLOK
WHAT IS ADBLOK?
Within Bloktopia, advertisements will play a key role in revenue generation. We are offering investors an opportunity to benefit from that ad revenue, and are calling it ADBLOK.
ADBLOK can be purchased by using $BLOK tokens. The price depends on the level in Bloktopia on which the totem sits on, along with the position of the totem within the level.
HOW IS ADVERTISING SELECTED?
Totems will be located in 5 areas on each floor. The ad tokems can contain video or static imagery from global advertisers. Ads will be served by Bloktopia’s media partner Anzu, a huge in game advertiser with investors including WPP and Sony. Anzu take a fee of the advertising budget, and revenue is generated by impressions. The biggest advertisers in the world will have the opportunity to advertise within Bloktopia.
HOW DOES ADBLOK GENERATE REVENUE?
The higher the daily active users (DAU) within the Bloktopia metaverse, the more revenue will be generated from the impressions that brands pay for when they advertise on the totems within Bloktopia.
Daily impressions will fluctuate based on the amount of visitors, and could yield a higher or lower daily return.
Bloktopia is building an infrastructure whereby eventually millions of people will be able to enter. Everyone building a metaverse can only move as fast as the tech will allow them, so there will be a ramp up. But over time the return from an ADBLOK is expected to grow significantly.
External Building- This will become an iconic element of the architecture of Bloktopia too, much like Times Square in Manhattan. These spaces offer big exposure for advertisers.
