Preparing for an IDO

How do I participate in IDOs?

• Step 1. Go to "IDO Staking" page for Essential https://essential.bloklaunchpad.com/levels or VIP https://vip.bloklaunchpad.com/levels

• Step 2. Connect your wallet.

• Step 3. Select the amount of days you wish to stake for. The more days you stake the higher the APY reward.

• Step 4. Stake enough $BLOK or $BPAD to get one of the levels. You can see the required amount to stake in the list of levels.

• Step 5. Register for an IDO you want to participate in. When IDO registration period starts , you need to open the Pools page and click the "Register" button in an IDO pool card.

Once you have staked either $BLOK or $BPAD, those tokens will be locked in staking for the amount of day's you selected. You can 'up pool' if you wish to lock for longer to earn higher APY rewards, but this will reset your days staked so far back to 0.

You need to wait for your allotted amount of staking days to pass, to then be able to unstake for no fee. If you choose to unstake your tokens early you will be subject to a 30% fee.

What are the steps of an IDO?

• 1. IDO registration opens 5 days before the IDO sale start (this applies to both BLOKPAD Incubate and Essential)

• 2. Registration closes 6 hours before the sale start (this applies to both BLOKPAD Incubate and Essential)

• 3. Lottery levels winners and whitelist winners are announced

• 4. Base allocation is calculated. This depends on the number of participants and ensures that there are enough tokens for guaranteed allocation.

• 5. IDO sale starts- registered participants with guaranteed allocation, lottery and whitelist winners are allowed to fund their allocations in the pool. They have up to 3 hours. The IDO is open for 4 hours in total.

• 6. The last hour of the IDO is FCFS.

• 7. Once sale is finished, funding data is collected. The token distribution and listing information can be found on the BLOKPAD Announcements Telegram channel.
